Legal Data Hunter, Inc. Subprocessor List
Effective date: August 11, 2026. This document applies prospectively and does not alter pre-publication records or obligations.
This list identifies third parties that may Process Customer Personal Data on behalf of Legal Data Hunter, Inc., LDH, when LDH acts as a Processor or Subprocessor under the Data Processing Addendum, DPA.
Providers that process account, authentication, payment, analytics, or business-administration data for LDH's own purposes are disclosed in the Privacy Notice and are not included here unless they also Process Customer Personal Data on Customer's behalf.

For the ordinary Paid Search path, Fly.io handles the application request in France, Scaleway handles inference and embedding in France, and Pinecone handles query-derived vector retrieval in the European Union. Neon stores application/account records and the public legal corpus but not paid Query Content or paid result payloads; Resend handles communications; and Sentry is configured not to receive request bodies, query strings, authentication headers, cookies, or local variables. Free Query Content remains governed by the separate Free Services policy.
Changes
LDH will post a dated update and send notice by email at least 30 days before authorizing an ordinary new or replacement Subprocessor to Process Customer Personal Data. Notice will be sent as described in DPA Section 7.3.
Customers may object during the notice period on reasonable, documented data-protection grounds under the DPA.
