For paid plans, customer search queries and result payloads are not stored in Legal Data Hunter application databases, dashboards, admin tools, or application logs. Query text may be sent to Scaleway in France/Europe when needed to answer a request; Scaleway states its Generative APIs apply Zero Data Retention by default, with a narrow temporary security exception for abnormal errors, malicious activity, or security issues.
